This application allows you to know whether a recipient's phone is turned on by sending a silent SMS also called ping SMS.

If it's not turned on when you send this ping SMS, you will be notified as soon as the phone will be turned on!

With this kind of SMS, the recipient is not aware that you have sent a SMS to his (her) phone!

CAUTION: With some "normal" phones, the SMS can be received as a normal SMS.
